02 — Creative process
Past analytics showed Gary Keller content consistently outperformed everything else on the account, so I built this entire series around stage footage of Gary speaking directly to each of the 10 BOLD Truths.
Video-forward, presentation style, his voice front and center... a format Keller William's MAPS socials had never used before.
The audience responded immediately. Hearing from Gary directly drove the share behavior that made this series the most distributed content pillar of the year.

The video that started it all: BOLD Truth #1 became one of the top performing posts of the entire campaign, driving 283 shares and 15,625 video views across platforms.

03 — The Problem
Onward BOLD runs across dozens of U.S. locations with staggered enrollment windows. The brand needed a way to stay visible between cohorts and capture program interest organically without relying on paid spend.
04 — The Strategy
Foundation: Simple Works
Mapped all 10 BOLD Truths as a standing content pillar that ran independently of enrollment timing.
Funnel Tracking via ManyChat
Built a comment-trigger mechanic: posts prompted followers to comment "BOLD" to receive location-based program info via DM, turning organic engagement into a trackable lead funnel.
Content Mix
Created a full format mix per Truth (static, Reels, carousels, quote posts) for cross-platform distribution from one core idea.
Scheduling posts
Staggered posts between BOLD enrollment pushes to keep the series active during off-peak periods without audience fatigue.
